Everyone with a dog has a tendency to consider their pooch the smartest of them all. Take me, for example - even though my rational brain realizes that there are signs that my pup might not be the most intelligent in the land (like eating his bag of treats for the third time - bag included), I can't help myself from proclaiming him a genius when I see him drinking from his water bowl rather than the toilet.

But his genius status slightly (cough, cough) pales in comparison to that of Cooper, the Shih Tzu featured in the video below. Watch as Cooper completes tasks meant for three-year-old humans, and shows an understanding of certain concepts that some people find difficult. I hate to admit it, but after watching Cooper I might be forced to concede that there might be a canine in the world smarter than my own. Share his amazing prowess with your friends on Facebook!
