When Sarah Hamm first posted this picture of her 2-week-old-daughter lying in the arms of Sarah's grandmother Rosa Camfield, she had no idea that it would touch as many people as it has. The 101-year-old great-grandmother passed away on March 30, two weeks after her granddaughter Sarah posted this picture to Facebook. The photo was reposted by a number of social media sites and has generated a great deal of response from millions of people moved by the sentiment evoked in the photo.
