There are some parents who love to go over the top with their kids' school lunches. However, not everyone has that kind of time! That's why we're loving this cute lunch-box idea: behold Sandwich Sushi! Watch this mother from Weelicious demonstrates how to transform a simple jelly sandwich into fun food play, simply flattening the bread and rolling it into what looks like actual sushi!

We can't get over how clever this is. Yet what's even better is that this Sandwich Sushi tastes just as fun as it looks, ensuring that your kids won't go hungry in the cafeteria and will come home with empty lunch-boxes.

What did you think? Had you ever seen this before? Would you give it a shot or is it too much work? Sound off in the comments and make sure to share if you found this idea as adorable as we did!
