Lauren Taylor is an adorable 3-year-old who was born with a fairly rare disorder known as Williams syndrome. Williams syndrome (WS) is a genetic condition that affects roughly 1 in 10,000 people globally, and comes with an array of medical issues such as cardiovascular disease and developmental delays. Yes, there are a few drawbacks to having a child with WS, but there is also something very special about the condition.

While similar disorders might cause children to be more withdrawn or difficult to connect with, children with Williams Syndrome, like Lauren, are often very sociable and overly friendly. So much so, in fact, that Lauren finds joy in just about everything and has to say "hello" to nearly every person she sees. Take a look at the precious life of little Lauren, and let us know how she made you feel in the comments below. Spread her story if you love a spirit that only knows happiness.
