Mario Lantigua met his loving partner Elaine on the set of a movie that she was filming. The two quickly fell for each other, but after Mario proposed to his wife she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. The wedding never happened, nor did a bridal shower or honeymoon, as Mario had to quit his job and dedicate his time to caring for his wife. Many years later, Mario took his wife on what she thought was a typical date to the movies. But when he steps out to visit the restroom, things quickly changed.
