Many of us fear that as we age, all of the most wonderful parts of life will start to fade with our good looks. We fear the process of slowing down and losing our youthfulness, and we worry that experiences like being in love will never feel as satisfying and beautiful as they did when we were young. While not everyone is blessed with the kind of love that lasts a lifetime, those who are end up being a shining light of inspiration to the rest of us hopefuls. There are certain couples that are just as sweetly in love at 70, 80, or 90-years-old as they were at twenty, and they are all the proof needed to believe that true love will not fade with time. The husband and wife in the video below are that kind of couple.
A son captured a candid and incredibly sweet moment between his parents back in June of 2013. His father is now 91-years-old and his mother is 82, but it appears that their love has not faded in the slightest after all those years together. When his mother starts playing the Paraguayan song "Galopera," her husband can't help but start dancing along, and the two contentedly enjoy this spontaneous musical moment.
They may be moving a bit slower than they did in youth, but their joy in each other's presence is palpable - they still inspire each other to live in the moment. Though these two are well into their senior years, they still find evident joy in sharing the little moments with each other, leaving the rest of us to hope for as sweet a love that lasts a lifetime.
