Rosie Moran was riding her bicycle around her Boise, ID neighborhood when she spotted a nearby house that had caught on fire. It was a startling image to be sure, but it's what she did next that has her being hailed as a local hero. The 4-year-old immediately recognized the emergency and somehow had the wherewithal to pedal home and notify her father, Sean. Upon seeing the blaze, Sean alerted the residents of the home, who were unaware of their impending predicament.

Ernie Ortiz, his wife, and three daughters were inside the house, yet had no idea it was about to be engulfed in flames. They had to act fast, and thanks to Rosie's response, that's exactly what they were able to. Ernie and Sean quickly grabbed hoses and doused the flames which saved the home, and potentially the Ortiz's lives. Let us know what you thought of little Rosie in the comments bellow, and spread her story if you are amazed by her composure in the face of such a dangerous emergency.
